Israeli Raid threatens Ceasefire
Early Saturday morning Israel conducted a raid deep into Lebanon to interfere in the re-arming of Hezbollah by Syria and Israel, according to the IDF.
The casualties included 1 officer killed and two soldiers wounded.
This action is a flagrant violation of the truce according to Lebanon's Prime Minister.
Additional troops to bolster the 2000 strong UN Peacekeeping force will continue to filter into the region over the coming weeks.
Both sides in this conflict seem eager to maintain the instability of the situation with Syria and Iran funneling arms into the region and Israel continuing to respond to these actions.
